Introduction
Equality, Diversity and Young People training is about raising awareness and examining attitudes around diversity issues within society.
Course Aims
To develop knowledge and understanding around the Disability Discrimination and the Race Relations Acts and their relevance in the workplace.
Within the course, participants will develop effective strategies when challenging and working with young people around diversity issues.

The course is especially useful for frontline staff including: Connexions Personal Advisers, Youth Workers, Youth Offending Team Workers, Careers Specialist Staff, Teachers, Social Workers, Care Workers, Foster Carers, Youth Charity Workers and any other professional working with young people.
