Introduction
The Young People Mental Health and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Advanced Practitioner Training course is for professionals who have a clear understanding of the issues facing young people around mental health. The course will explore in depth the issues facing young people who have ADHD or Asperger Syndrome. It focuses on developing effective strategies that will enable you to be able to communicate more effectively with this client group.

To have a practical tool kit of exercises and strategies which can be utilised when working with young people.

To assess barriers and focus on helping, it covers, to an advanced level, the behaviours associated with mental health and ADHD whilst further exploring the effects and side effects of various medication.
